Is there a fee for obtaining an individual entrepreneur certificate through SİMA app?

Obtaining an individual entrepreneur certificate through SİMA app is completely free, but in order to be able to use the certificate, it is necessary to choose a tariff and subscribe. The subscription fee for 1 month is 2.40 AZN (VAT included), the 1-year subscription fee is 25 AZN (VAT included), and the 3-year subscription fee is 55 AZN (VAT included).

What is the validity period of the digital signature certificate received upon registration with SİMA?

The digital signature certificate is valid for 3 (three) years.

How to register in SİMA in order to use the signature of an individual entrepreneur?

To register for the use of an individual entrepreneur signature in SİMA, you first need to register as a citizen in SİMA app. Then, click on "Add a certificate", enter your TIN data, and sign an agreement to purchase a certificate by setting a PIN code. Next, you need to assign a name and PIN code to the individual entrepreneur certificate, which is valid for a period of 3 years.

What to do if SİMA application has been deleted from the mobile device or the mobile device has been lost?

When the application is deleted from the mobile device, both the certificate of a citizen and the certificate of an individual entrepreneur are deleted, so it is necessary to download the application again and register. You should first complete the registration as a citizen, and then enter the TIN and provide other information required to get the certificate. Deleting the application has no effect on the subscription period, the remaining subscription period will be added again when the registration is completed. Please note: if the phone is lost, it is necessary to contact the customer service and apply for cancellation of the certificate.

How does the process of signing a document work for individual entrepreneurs?

Open your individual entrepreneur profile in SİMA mobile application and click "Add". Enter the pin code and attach the PDF file to be signed. SİMA digital signature can also be applied when using services in the systems of partner companies and institutions.

What to do when the certificate expires?

The certificate is validfor 3 years, when it expires you can get a new one by confirming the process clickingon "Renew certificate" in the profile section.

What to do when the subscription expires?

When the subscription expires, you can renew it by selecting the appropriate tariff plan in the tariffs section.

How to check the authenticity of a document signed with SİMA?

For digital signature information, open a PDF document signed with SİMA in Adobe Reader and click on the signature bar at the top of the document. The operation can also be performed by going to the "Check Document" section in SİMA mobile application and adding the appropriate file.

How to change the current tariff?

To change the current tariff, you need to go to the tariffs section and get information about the current/selected tariff, then change it by clicking on "Change tariff".

Is the previous subscription retained when changing the tariff?

If the tariff is changed, the new subscription period will be added to the previous one.

What is a promo code for?

The promo code can be used during discounts and promotions for a certain period.

What to do if an individual entrepreneur has forgotten his/her profile pin code?

To restore your pin code, go to the settings submenu and click on "Recover pin code".
